Introducing Myself

I obtained my Dipl. Ing. degree from the Department of Geodesy and Mine Surveying of the University of Miskolc, Hungary in 1989. After my graduation I worked as a research assistant for the Hungarian Academy of Sciences at the University of Miskolc, Hungary. In September 1991, I enrolled in a Ph.D. program at the Department of Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering of the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, Canada. My research was funded by the University of New Brunswick and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada. I successfully defended my dissertation on 27 August 1997. Subsequently, I accepted a research associate position and moved to the Colorado Center for Astrodynamics Research (CCAR) at the Department of Aerospace Engineering of the University of Colorado, in Boulder.
